• Neev Labs, Neev Lab, or ‘Neev Tech LabsPty Ltd (ACN 623145611)’, ‘Neev Labs IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (CIN: U72200KA2015PTC080160)’, ‘Neev Labs ITSolution FZCO (Trade License - 17262)’, is us —the company behind Connect2Live and its associated product modules, which include solutions both owned and developed in partnership with healthcare organizations.
• ‘Connect2MyDoctor’, ‘Connect2MyCarer’,‘Connect2Move’ and ‘Connect2Community’ is the Connect2Live software application and services related it that don’t have a separate privacy policy.
• ‘Agreement’ refers to the Connect2LiveTerms of Service found at Terms
• ‘Customer” is a user of Connect2Live product modules ‘Connect2MyDoctor’, ‘Connect2MyCarer’, ‘Connect2Move’and ‘Connect2Community’ who has agreed to our Terms of Service and has a commercial relationship with Neev
• ‘Personal Information’ means informationthat can identify an individual
• ‘Services” means the provision of the Connect2Live product modules and related platform, and services related there to (such as customer services, project customisation)

Directly from you

We directly collect Personal Information if you send us an enquiry to us from our website, use Connect2Live product modules, or get in touch with us by chat, email or phone. We may also collect some Personal Information if you engage with us through social media. The information can include but not limited to your name, gender, date of birth, country of birth, address, telephone numbers, email addresses.

Indirectly from you

We indirectly collect Personal Information when someone uses the associated modules of Connect2 Live to record data about someone other than themselves. A typical scenario would bewhen a healthcare professional records information about a patient. This information may include personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, residential address, telephone number, email address, emergency contact information, health insurance numbers, and treatment-related records or notes.It may also include sensitive health information. Such data may relate to the insing the service or to other individuals they designate, such as family members or loved ones.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect the following types of information to enhance platformfunctionality and ensure service reliability:

• Browser and Device Data: This includes IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution,language settings, device make and model, and version information related tosupported services.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may gatherinformation such as pages visited, time spent on specific pages, languagepreferences, and other anonymized traffic and interaction data to improve userexperience and platform performance.
• Transaction and Usage Data: This includes records of how you or your patients use the Connect2Live product modules,including payment transactions, subscription start and renewal dates, andfeature usage patterns.

How this information is used

The Information we collect is used by us tooperate Connect2Live product modules. The Information we collect about Customers is mostly used for billing, identification, authentication, and for contactingthem if required.

We may, with consent, use email addresses toshare our own news, tips, updates and special offers. People who receive these promotional emails can unsubscribe at any time.

Our use of data collected in Connect2Liveproduct modules by a business or practitioner that is Personal Information relating to third parties is limited to providing support and technical assistance to our Customers or their Customers on their behalf.

With consent, we may use email address to send updates, tips, news, and promotional offers related to our products and services. You may opt out of receiving these communicationsat any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the email. Where Personal Information relating customers or their end users is collected within Connect2Live product modules by a business or healthcare practitioner, our use of such data is strictly limited to providing technical support and assistance on behalf of our customers or their end users. All data is owned by the Customer or their end users, as determined by their mutual agreement. Neev Tech Labs, including its employees and associates, does not claim ownership of or have direct access to this data unless explicitly authorised for quality assurance, troubleshooting, or training purposes. Where access is granted, data is appropriately masked or anonymised to protect user privacy.

Other ways we may use your Personal Information:

• To deliver customer service and assist our customers and their customerson their behalf with any inquiries or service requests that you/they may have.
• To analyze trends, administer or optimise Connect2Live product modules, monitor usage or traffic patterns (including to track users’ movements around Connect2Live product modules)and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
• To control unauthorised use or abuse of Connect2Live product modules — or otherwise detect, investigate or prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal.

How this information is used

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Neev will not share, sell, or rent Personal Information with anyone without your permission or unless ordered by a court of law. We may use trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) for data hosting, communication, analytics, and platform delivery.

We work with trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) in Australia, India and UAE (such as our web host, data backup, communication/messaging providers, integrated devices, platform delivery, video providers, payment provider and other associated services) that we allow access to Personal Information and may use it on our behalf strictly for the purposes for which they are engaged. We minimise the amount of personal data that is utilised by these services, and we have ensured that these services process your data in accordance with the appropriate regulations. Our customers have the option of providing API keys to third-party applications, devices and services, allowing the applications, devices and services to access the data (including Personal Information) of their customers. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of these third-party services—our customers are responsible for reading and understanding their privacy policies if they wish to use their services.

In rare circumstances, we may be obliged to disclose Personal Information if disclosure is required to comply with the law,if we believe our Terms of Service, located at Terms, have been violated, if we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, or if the ownership and assets of Neev Labs and its associated companies were to be transferred to another party.

At Neev Tech Labs, we take the security of your data seriously.

• Encryption & Storage: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Data is hosted in secure, state-of-the-art data center with physical and digital safeguards.

Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach involving Personal Information collected directly by Neev Tech Labs:

• Our clients will be notified within 72 hours of our discovery of the breach.
• The notification will include a document with the nature and scope of the breach, including the categories of personal data involved.
• Additionally, we will take immediate steps to contain and mitigate the impact of the breach and will implement appropriate actions to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Your Rights and Choices to access, correct or delete Personal Information about you

You have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

Data Controlled by Our Customers

Our customers may submit information to our Services for hosting and processing(“Customer Data”). Neev does not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as outlined in our Terms of Service or as required by law. In accordance with these Terms, Neev may access Customer Data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services, addressing service or technical issues, or as legally mandated.

Neev acknowledges that end users of our customers may have rights concerning their personal information. If your personal information has been submitted to us by one of our customers and you wish to access, correct, amend, or delete such data, please contact the relevant customer directly. As a service provider, Neev typically has limited access to such Customer Data.
