Connect2Live is a digital health platform developed by Neev Tech Labs, offering services through modules such as Connect2MyDoctor, Connect2MyCarer, Connect2Move, and Connect2Community. The platform operates on a B2B2C model, where services are delivered to patients and caregivers via hospitals, clinics, and healthcare programs.
Use of the Website
- Our website and services are designed for lawful healthcare-related purposes only.
- Users registering for our platform (typically healthcare professionals or their patients through our B2B2C partners) must provide accurate, up‑to‑date information.
- You must ensure any data you submit—especially Protected Health Information—is owned or authorized by you and in compliance with applicable laws.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Unauthorized or excessive use is prohibited and may result in audit, account suspension, or termination.
- We work with trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) in Australia, India and UAE (such as our web host, data backup, communication/messaging providers, integrated devices, platform delivery, video providers, payment provider and other associated services) that we allow access to Personal Information and may use it on our behalf strictly for the purposes for which they are engaged. We minimise the amount of personal data that is utilised by these services, and we have ensured that these services process your data in accordance with the appropriate regulations.
Account Registrations and Security
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the website.
- Use the site for any activity that could harm or infringe on the rights of others.

Fees, Billing, Payment Outstanding & Refunds
- Access to services may require paid subscription plans.
- You’ll be charged as per plan agreed with the Neev Labs sales teams; fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- For refunds to the services used may the patients need to be managed directly or under advice from the caregivers via hospitals, clinics, and healthcare programs.
- All invoices raised must be cleared within 14 days of issue. In the event of non-payment, a late fee of 2% of the outstanding amount per month may be applied. Services may also be suspended until payment is made in full. Persistent non-payment could lead to the termination of the agreement and legal action to recover dues.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, software, and layout — is the property of Neev Tech Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

Neev does not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as outlined in our Terms of Service or as required by law. In accordance with these terms, Neev may access Customer Data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services, addressing service or technical issues, or as legally mandated.
Neev acknowledges that end users of our customers may have rights concerning their personal information. If your personal information has been submitted to us by one of our customers and you wish to access, correct, amend, or delete such data, please contact the relevant customer directly. As a service provider, Neev typically has limited access to such Customer Data.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region. The Parties shall endevour to resolve any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement through mutual discussions. In the event the Parties fail to resolve the disputes mutually within a period of thirty (30) days from the date on which the dispute was first notified, either Party may refer the dispute to arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.
